Community building situated on a grassy knoll in lovely Burton Chace Park near the water. Managed and operated by the LA County Department of Beaches & Harbors. Total seating 250 (125 outdoors).

Group Facilities

Community Room is open and airy with large glass windows, and surrounded by large patios. Popular for simple weddings, receptions, as well as government, educational and community meetings. Tile floors, window shades; adjoining kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave. Wall-mounted screen and some a/v available; special permits may be required for special events such as weddings and parties. No alcoholic beverages allowed on premises. Limited chairs and tables available.
